RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Last updated: August 2026

At MOLAIRE, we want you to have a positive experience with your purchase. This policy explains our procedures regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude or waive any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

1. CANCELLATION AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

MOLAIRE is operated by Molaire.jewelry, an Israeli business.

For customers in Israel, purchases made through our website may constitute a distance sale under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 and applicable regulations.

Eligible consumers have statutory cancellation rights as provided by applicable law.

For an eligible distance sale involving goods, the consumer may generally cancel the transaction from the date the transaction is made until 14 days from the date the consumer receives the goods or the applicable disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.

Nothing in our voluntary return policy below replaces or restricts these statutory rights.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR RETURN

If you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right or request a return or refund, you may contact us using any applicable cancellation method available under the law, including:

Email:
molaire.jewelry@gmail.com

Phone:
+972527315554

Online:
Customers may submit a cancellation request through the dedicated cancellation method made available on our website.

Please include your order number and sufficient information to identify the transaction.

Please do not send a product to a return address before contacting us and receiving return instructions, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS FOR CUSTOMERS IN ISRAEL

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, MOLAIRE will process the cancellation in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations.

For a lawful cancellation that is not due to a defect, non-conformity or failure to supply the product at the agreed time, MOLAIRE may charge cancellation fees only to the extent permitted by law.

The cancellation fee will not exceed the lower of:

• 5% of the transaction value; or
• ₪100.

No cancellation fee will be charged where applicable law prohibits such a fee.

This includes applicable cases where the cancellation is due to a defect in the product, non-conformity between the product and the information provided to the consumer, or failure to supply the product at the agreed time.

4. REFUNDS FOR STATUTORY CANCELLATIONS

Where a customer is entitled to cancel a transaction under applicable Israeli law, MOLAIRE will process the refund within the period required by law.

For statutory cancellations under Israeli law, the refund will generally be made within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice, subject to the applicable legal requirements.

The refund will normally be made using the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, credit-card issuer, PayPal or other payment provider.

Where applicable law requires MOLAIRE to collect the returned product because of a defect, non-conformity or failure to supply the product as agreed, MOLAIRE will handle the return in accordance with the law.

5. VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

In addition to statutory consumer rights, MOLAIRE offers a voluntary 30-day return policy.

Customers may request a voluntary return within 30 days after receiving their order.

For a voluntary return under this policy, the item should be:

• Unworn or unused
• In substantially the same condition in which it was received
• Returned with its original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

This voluntary 30-day policy does not restrict or replace any statutory consumer rights that apply to the customer.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Different from the item you ordered
• Not consistent with the product description or information provided on our website

please contact us at:

molaire.jewelry@gmail.com

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions and remedies in accordance with applicable law.

Where MOLAIRE is legally responsible for the issue, the customer will not be charged return costs where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

For a voluntary return due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.

For returns resulting from a defective, damaged or incorrect product, or another circumstance for which MOLAIRE is legally responsible, return shipping will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address after reviewing the request.

Please do not return products directly to our suppliers or manufacturers unless MOLAIRE specifically instructs you to do so.

8. REFUNDS FOR VOLUNTARY RETURNS

Once an approved voluntary return has been received and reviewed, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

9. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at:

molaire.jewelry@gmail.com

Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

Any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or return where applicable law expressly permits or requires such an exclusion.

This may include certain personalized or custom-made products.

No exclusion stated in this policy overrides a mandatory consumer right.

11. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers purchasing from outside Israel may have additional consumer rights under the laws of their country or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to a transaction, MOLAIRE will comply with those requirements to the extent applicable.

12. EU CUSTOMERS

Where mandatory European Union consumer-protection or withdrawal rights apply to a transaction, MOLAIRE will comply with those requirements to the extent applicable.
